Where are your products made?
Our items are made to order and fulfilled by trusted production partners with locations worldwide, helping reduce overproduction and ensure quality.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes—please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request changes or a cancellation. After that window, we begin processing and can't make changes.
Can I customize my order?
While we don’t offer full customization at this time, many of our items include unique designs and patterns you won’t find anywhere else!
Will my items arrive together?
Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on which fulfillment center is used for each product.

You'll receive tracking info once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
My tracking info hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Sometimes tracking takes 24–48 hours to reflect movement. If it's been longer, email us at support@floreneandco.com, and we’ll look into it.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, along with photos and a description, so we can make it right.

Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! While we don’t offer gift wrapping yet, you can ship items directly to a gift recipient.
Do you offer discount codes?
